Nevis IBC Registration

The core of business in Nevis remains the International Business Corporation (IBC). It is registered under the Business Corporations Ordinance and can carry out any lawful activity. The company name must be unique, contain a type designation (Ltd., Inc., etc.) and not include restricted terms without approval. Standard authorized capital is 50,000 shares at $1, with no payment requirements. Minimum of one director and one shareholder (individual or legal entity), mandatory due diligence. Legal address - through a licensed agent in Nevis.
iGaming operator licenses
Operators are provided with licensing in two formats:
- B2C - for online casinos, betting, poker and other games;
- B2B - for platform providers, payment solutions, content and technical services.
The license is valid for 12 months, covers 2 domains, with the possibility of adding up to 40 additional ones. Sublicensing is prohibited. For white label solutions, both licenses and additional approval are required.
